Maintenance costs
Thanks to the self-diagnosis of the system (Interbus-S), maintenance costs can be reduced by up to 70% compared to conventional systems. The identical system is used in the automotive industry to avoid costly downtimes.

Throughput
You determine the throughput. Whether 3,000, 5,000 or 15,000 skis.

Stone grinding
The skis are processed in pairs. This guarantees consistent quality with high throughput. Stone grinding for skis and snowboards.
Charging station
The charging station holds four pairs of skis or four snowboards. With the BIS electronic binding recognition, the suction cups are automatically adapted to the ski or snowboard.
Grinding technology
Thanks to a new grinding technology for edge grinding, the service life of the grinding wheels is doubled and a constant grinding quality is achieved. For bottom edge tuning and side edge grinding, the skis and snowboards are ground using a fiber disc with self-dressing grinding wheels. The outstanding advantage of these discs is that the grinding quality is always the same. High quality with high throughput.
